I do a detailed analysis of my student's needs and requirements, their strong and weak points, and their pace of learning before starting any session with them. This helps me get a perspective on the child's mind and helps me understand them better, which ultimately helps me customize my teaching method for them. My classes are highly customized. I make sure that my students feel comfortable and confident in sharing their doubts and issues with me.
