Creating an inclusive learning environment is my goal. I encourage open communication by ensuring that students feel comfortable posing inquiries. In order for students to feel comfortable sharing their issues and participating actively in the learning process, it is my aim to build a strong connection with them. Even as I teach the prescribed curriculum, I go above and beyond rote memorization and encourage them to look into the practical applications and real-world meaning of mathematical topics. To make the material more understandable, I incorporate interactive examples, visual aids, and hands-on exercises into my classes. I want to demonstrate to them how math is used in financial analysis and business decision-making in order to make it more understandable and engaging. This will enable students to be prepared for any challenges they may encounter.
