I completed my Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons.) in Chemistry in 2018 followed by my Masters in Teaching and Learning (MTL) in Science in 2021.
I have taught in different schools and educational environments for over 5 years and have completed a number of additional courses as part of my professional development as an educator.
My interests are in holistic education, STEAM education, non-formal educational environments, gamified learning and informal learning.
I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of a transdisciplinary approach to education and an ability to adapt to the needs of different students with different abilities, strengths and weaknesses.

Teaching methodology
I teach students, not subjects. While I believe that every educator should have extensive and sound knowledge of the subject area which they are teaching, I believe that it is as if not more important that they are expert communicators, emotionally intelligent, well-versed in psychology and willing to adopt a transdisciplinary approach to learning.
In my lesson, I place my student as the focus of my lesson, which allows me to better and more accurately facilitate their educational journey.
