Regarding pedagogy, I consistently maintain my faith in the efficacy of customized coaching sessions. I have always believed that being a part of a herd has a detrimental effect on a student's ability to study because no two students are equally capable of learning, and being in a large class can demotivate a student and even cause him to despise a topic because of issues that have nothing to do with it at all. For this reason, I want to individually teach each student how to take care of their talents and shortcomings. I will offer individualized coaching sessions in addition to educational resources like videos and presentations to help the student grasp the material more fully.
