To efficiently cover all the topics of Algebra, I will conduct minor tests at the beginning to judge the level of understanding of the student and set realistic academic aspirations. I will also thoroughly explain concepts and formulaes that the student finds complex with the use of online aids while also making sure to provide necessary support and feedback in areas requiring improvement and/or correction to help the students better understand the concepts and help build confidence in the tutor. I will make it a point to regularly evaluate student progress through exercises and tests to identify effectiveness of the tutoring and adjust the teaching program as needed.
